The stuff is super-friendly
There is no wifi on the rooms, and the register process for wifi is mind-breaking

rooms were clean, i booked a single and was given a double bed. sink in room.
Staff were very abrasive and yelled at me when I asked to repeat instructions (I do not speak Italian and they do not understand English, but I can understand a little). When asked about Wifi, they pointed me to a sign which did not work. the lights were also dark and i had to buzz in and hand in my key everytime i wanted to leave. they also held my passport.

Good Location.
I met two staff members, two of them were incredibly rude. Value for money is poor, i recommend looking for another place.

The location is good, within walking distance to the city centre & train station). The staff is nice, too, as is almost everyone in Bologna.
For a room with no private bathroom, it could've been a little cheaper, considering the city itself is a quite inexpensive one.

Basically fine and a good deal but I was given a room facing the street, very busy traffic even at night, closing windows didnt help too much, very noisy with buses and scooters driving by outside, no chance to have a good sleep at all.
The staff was not helpful, a bit cold, although I am still confused why until now. Probably he had a bad day, oh, bad days!

It is a small hotel with one star so the expectation cannot be high. The price are good and the position excellent next to the station and the city centre. The room is clean
The atmosphere is not so good. The hotel is very small and dark. But the price is very low so that's ok

doesn't have slippers and duvet..but have a blanket; heater stops working after 0 am.. but considering its price and location, it's fair.
